Mark puts the Member first in everything he does and makes himself available to them day and night. Keeping to our field message of "there are no problems, only solutions" Mark is able to keep the Member calm and work through any issue.

Melek Zerger

Melek won her award for upholding the values by which the company operates. Specifically, she excelled in three areas:

Our Members are the Heart of our Business

Melek is in constant personal contact with tutors and students to help them create or apply for eTutoring classes. She seeks out and listens to their feedback so she can improve the functionality of the platform with the end user in mind.

Diversity is empowering

She is working with many different nationalities: Members, IT and marketing staff, working with patience and reason and always being able to adjust her messages appropriately. She is the first to share her experience and templates with other team members and offer a helping hand.

Fast is Better than Slow

This is Melek's middle name when it comes to eTutoring development. Ensuring that all new deployments are on track by providing requirements and content in due time, responding immediately to any tutor or student remark and making endless tests to find potential platform bugs to ensure they are fixed before members can encounter them are her every daily tasks.

Marrianne Hope Rabanes

Hope is very efficient especially when assigned a time dependant task, she always makes sure it happens. She often has to engage with external companies, vendors and government offices. Hope is very well organised, quick thinking and proficient in her work.

There have been countless occasions in which he has gone above and beyond to ensure all deadlines are met with the utmost quality and efficiency.

He builds a warm relationship with everyone he works with; Members and LEO staff. Sabel supports everyone with a total disregard for self — if they are part of LEO they get his 100% support.

He lives and breathes multi-cultural. Sabel takes great care to capture this on camera. He embraces our multi-cultural ethic and brings out the best in everything that LEO does with its Members.

Hassan Zaheer

Hassan won his award for consistently upholding the values by which the company operates. Specifically, he excelled in three areas:

Hassan proactively assists our Customer Support Executives and is always there to support and guide other team members in terms of knowledge sharing, so that customer queries are resolved at the earliest opportunity. He has a huge knowledge base of LEO.

True success causes no harm

Always there day or night with a "Let's Do It" attitude to make it happen. Hassan always shows his appreciation to team members for their hard work and he is instrumental in keeping them all together for the success of a project. That makes him a good leader and a strong team player.

Fast is better than Slow

Hassan prioritises the work very well and while doing it fast he also takes care of efficiency and effectiveness of delivery. Multitasking with quick response proves that he really doesn't believe in being slow.

Emma Faraone

Emma, while relatively new to direct selling, has embraced working with Members, evidenced by her attending events and working hard to make sure the Members have a great experience.

Fast is better than slow

Emma consistently demonstrates a commitment to get the work done, be that quickly or by putting in extra hours to get it done within a time frame or against a deadline. Emma is in a dual role, and she demonstrates that she is a skilful multitasker.

There is Greatness inside everyone

Emma demonstrates no caution and sees no barriers to expressing and creating more. She often thinks outside the box and has a great attitude where she will visibly get enthusiastic when faced with a challenge to do something new or something great.

Emma has admirably coped with challenging work and colleague situations, always in a constructive and win-win way.

Richard Qu

Richard is Member facing and assists many with different cultural and language backgrounds. He will give 100% to each and every Member to ensure that their issue or query is dealt with.

Our Members are the heart of the business

Richard deals with our members by phone, email and ticket every day. He is extremely diligent in his work and often has to take care of complex queries, which he does with aplomb.

True Success Causes No Harm

He works incredibly hard with all of the different teams in our offices and is not afraid to chase for things to be done. He makes sure that he connects with the right people and will persevere to make sure that tasks are completed ahead of time.

Whenever there is an event and we want to contact the field to get more attendees, Richard is our ‘go to’ guy

Imran Akber

It can be very difficult to work with finances in one location but Mandi manages to work with a number of diverse nationalities, languages and cultures and always achieves success.

Having played a pivotal role in LEO's start up, juggling more hats than many accountants shows real greatness. She instils that greatness into others, as her staff demonstrates.

Up to date knowledge of the financials and cash flows are paramount to running a business, and Mandi provides that and should be commended for it.

He is always there 24/7 to provide Customer Service. He will answer and assist everyone. Even early in the morning he is there working and ready and willing to provide assistance.

Coaching is part of Hassan's character. He is always there to provide guidance to new staff and support them.

Hassan sees it as part of his life to make things better for Members and staff either by providing knowledge or hands on fixing. He is always there for us all day and all night.

Annette Weston

Annette will always give up her time and will work around the clock to ensure everything she creates will resonate with all of LEO’s members.

Annette works hard to ensure the success of the team as a whole, and is always on hand for guidance and support when working on projects. With perseverance, proficiency and professionalism, she supports every member of the team, making sure they are properly prepared for the task ahead.

Annette demonstrates an outstanding work ethic, going above and beyond on a daily basis. She is not only efficient and productive, but always responsive to the needs of colleagues, putting their priorities ahead of her own. She puts so much time and passion into everything she continues to amaze everyone she works with.

When FanFan deals with service issues or brings forward an issue to be discussed, she does it as the voice of the Member and she never hesitates to remind us that the Member is the Heart of our Business and at times correct our thinking to ensure we are making decisions with the Member in mind.

FanFan is always the first to jump in to help, even if it is something she hasn’t done before and may be a little intimidating. She leaps and learns.

Fan Fan does not stop. Everything she does is at top speed and she is on to the next thing!! She was born to work in our Fast is Better than Slow environment.

Tim Venables
