Refund and Return Policy

Items shipped from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Online and downloadable products are non-refundable unless specified differently in the applicable product section below.

You can view your past orders in your LEO Customer Backoffice under MY PRODUCT – MY LEO SHOP PURCHASES. You can return your physical products in the following manor - Items valued at over £75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below £75, we suggest use of any delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Guarantee.

Please ship your returns to your country LEO Office. All addresses are listed on page.

LEO Technology products

You can return your technology product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The refund applies for the product only.

Note: All technology product's parts and accessories must be returned in new condition and in the original product packaging. The sender bears the costs for return shipping.

New technology products purchased from that are "dead on arrival" (non-working order), arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. may test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. is not responsible for "wear and tear" usage.

Any returned technology product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

LFON Warranty Policy

LFON purchased on come with a limited warranty of 1 year starting from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product.

The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, present your original Proof of Purchase, model and serial number of the product, and photo evidence of the product's defects to LEO Customer Service by creating a support request from your LEO Customer back office or by contacting

Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the first 1-year period.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by LEO.
  3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
  4. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
  5. Ordinary wear and tear.
  6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by LEO.
  7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by LEO.
  8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
  9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.

LEO eLearning products

The Customer shall have the right to return any e-Learning training product the Customer has purchased through any means other than the LEO Gold Pack which is unused (not watched) within 30 days of the date of purchase. eLearning materials purchased through the LEO Gold Pack may only be returned within 14 days of the Customers receipt of the pack.

The refund amount will be the price which the Customer paid for the products, less a handling charge of ten per cent (10%) of the price.

Before you purchase a LEO training product, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. The e-learning websites display all the relevant information on all of the products, also demos are available for some of the products and kindly note by not having access to a demo will not give rights for cancellation.

The detailed product information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the product description and technical requirements. Review provided information to check that the training product will run on your device and that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the product.

As some of our products are sourced by third party companies you will be required to respond to communication from them to gain access to the product(s) you have purchased.

Third parties have developed some of the products supplied by LEO. Usually LEO can support any product access or user issues, however in the rare instances that we need to contact the third-party developers on your behalf, please note; we may require up to 7 working days to gain a solution.

LEO Gold Packs

The Gold Pack is treated as a single product and refunds cannot be requested for anything other than the total of its contents.

The refund payment process will not begin until the Gold Pack has been delivered to the LEO Returns Office. We strongly advise that a tracked delivery service is used.

There are three categories of product contained within the LEO Gold Packs. These categories will be assessed individually and any necessary adjustments (as described below) will deducted from the refund paid for the LEO Gold Pack.

  1. eLearning
    In the event of a refund being awarded, the eLearning products contained within the Gold Pack will be refunded as per the process detailed in the LEO eLearning products section.
  2. Discount Cards (Gold Pack and Collectors' Item) and Seminar Tickets
    The monetary value of any tickets or discount cards that have been activated will be subtracted from the value of any refund given.
  3. Gold Products
    The 1, 5 or 10g gold bars and their packaging must remain in pristine (and resalable) condition upon return. If the product is damaged, or not present, then no refund will be made for the Gold bar. LEO will deduct the value of the Gold (at a fixed price) from the Gold Pack price when calculating the amount to be refunded
    If the gold product was damaged upon delivery to the Customer, then the Customer is responsible for advising LEO of this within 14 days of receipt on the item. Only under these circumstances can the damaged gold product can be returned for refund.

For the Gold Pack pre-orders, where a member requests a refund within 14 days and before the planned initial shipping date (2nd Jan 2018), there is no requirement to wait until the Gold Pack is received. LEO will process the refund in accordance with the elearning process indicated above

LEO Line

LEO Line items with a value of $£75 or more should be returned using a traceable courier - signature required.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Note: Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

The refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order. may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Representative.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

For most items the return window is 30 days after delivery.

Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by for customers in some countries. Some products have additional conditions that may apply. Exchange or Replace an Item

If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item in unused, resaleable condition, and place a new order.
