LEO Exchange and Refund Policy

Product Guarantee

By law, any goods supplied must comply with this contract, must correspond with their description and be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for purpose.  In addition, however, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and to ensure we always exceed your expectations, we offer the following Product Guarantee.

Exchange Policy

Within 30 days of product purchase, an item may be returned for exchange with its accompanying original receipt proof-of-purchase provided that the item is returned in new condition. If an item is returned in exchange for an item(s) of greater value, the retail price difference and applicable tax payment is required.

  • You can return or exchange technology products provided they are unused and in resalable condition.
  • Training videos, DVDs, downloadable content products are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Payment of refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment i.e. if the purchase was made on the Customer's credit card then the refunds are credited against the card used for the purchase. Refunds are released within 14 days from the time of receipt of return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights or your cancellation rights.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When you make a purchase as a consumer (i.e. if your purchase is not wholly or mainly for the purpose of your trade, craft, business or profession), you have the following rights of cancellation. 
Goods (including CDs, DVDs etc). In the case of goods, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery of the goods to you.  The same right of cancellation applies to any video/audio recordings (or other digital content) supplied on a tangible medium (e.g.  on DVD or CD), except that the right to cancel ceases to apply when an audio/video recording or computer software which is sealed when supplied, becomes unsealed after delivery.
Downloads, not on tangible medium. In the case of digital content (downloadable content) not supplied on a tangible medium, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date of your contract (normally the date of your order). We might not be able to supply such digital content during the cancellation period, or we might need your signed statement to waive the refund right for delivery, depending on different policies in your country.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must make a clear statement of your wish to cancel. That statement should be communicated (e.g. by letter, email, or telephone) to the Company (using its contact details on the website, or email to:

Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Online and downloadable products are non-refundable unless specified differently in the applicable product section below.
You can view your past orders in your LEO Customer Back Office under MY PRODUCT/MY LEO SHOP PURCHASES. You can return your physical products with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the Guarantee.
Please ship your returns to your country LEO Office. All addresses are listed on LEO/Our Office.
LEO Technology Products

You can return your technology product within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund applies for the product only.
Note: All technology product's parts and accessories must be returned in new condition and in the original product packaging. The sender bears the costs for return shipping.
New technology products purchased from that are 'dead on arrival' (nonworking order), arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. may test 'dead on arrival' returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. is not responsible for 'wear and tear' usage.
Any returned technology product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

LFON Warranty Policy

LFONs purchased on come with a limited warranty of 1 year starting from the date of delivery to you. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product.
The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, present your original Proof of Purchase, model and serial number of the product, and photo evidence of the product's defects to LEO Customer Service by creating a support request from your LEO Customer back office or by contacting
Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, will be free within the first 1-year period. Shipping and handling fees are extra.
The limited warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by LEO.
  3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
  4. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
  5. Ordinary wear and tear.
  6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by LEO.
  7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by LEO.
  8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
  9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
LEO eLearning Products

The Customer shall have the right to return any eLearning training product the Customer has purchased that is unused (not viewed) within 14 days of the date of purchase.
The refund amount will be the price which the Customer paid for the products, less a handling charge of 10% of the price.
Before you purchase a LEO training product, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. The eLearning websites display all of the relevant information on all of the products, also demos are available for some of the products and kindly note by not having access to a demo will not give rights for cancellation.
The detailed product information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the product description and technical requirements. Review provided information to check that the training product will run on your device and that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the product.
As some of our products are sourced by third party companies you will be required to respond to communication from them in order to gain access to the product(s) you have purchased.
Third parties have developed some of the products supplied by LEO. Usually LEO can support any product access or user issues, however in the rare instances that we need to contact the third party developers on your behalf, we may require up to 7 working days to gain a solution.

Value Pack purchases.
The above applies only to items purchased individually through the eLearning websites and not as part of a Value Pack. eLearning products accessed as part of the eLearning Value Pack carry no rights under the standard LEO Exchange and Refund Policy. Should a customer find cause for complaint in relation to an eLearning product they should advise LEO Customer Service by creating a support request from your LEO Customer back office or by contacting
LEO eTutoring Products
Refund is not available for single session classes. Students may opt out after the first session for classes with multiple sessions and request refund in amount of the eTutoring course price whereas 1% administrative fee will be deducted.
In cases of a no-show from the Tutor, students will receive a full refund according to their method of payment.
Failure to attend a class or session will not qualify you for a refund. If you decide in advance of a class starting that you cannot attend, please complete a Help Ticket at least 48 hours prior to scheduled class and LEO Customer Support will help you rebook the next session if available.

LEO Line

LEO Line items should be returned using a traceable courier – signature required.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Exchange or Replace an Item

If you need to trade your item for a different size or colour, you will need to return the original item in unused, resalable condition, and place a new order.
