Victor Alex ANACLET is a consultant and trainer in human performance within organizations as well as an expert in motivational techniques.

He helps organizations and companies to solve difficulties - such as management issues, conflicting relationships among coworkers, lack of team cohesion or lack of productivity within the marketing team - by implementing a new approach based on improving human resources and performance. He has worked with hundreds of employees and companies, enabling them to increase their profits and become more competitive by using the simple tools and techniques he has developed over the years.

After a difficult childhood in Paris suburbs, he joined a network marketing company in 1988, an experience that changed his life completely when he realized that he was the only one in charge of his own destiny and that with commitment and hard work he could fulfill all of his dreams.  From then on, everything was possible

After many successful years in this business, he went to Quebec, Canada, in 2006 to study NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and became a certified NLP trainer. In  2008, he went back to Marketing Studies with a Master 2 on selling techniques, followed in 2011 by a MBA (Master Business Administration) with Sherbrooke University in Canada, and in 2014 by an AFNOR certification on the various techniques and processes aiming at improving sales and relationships in the business world.

Today he’s fulfilling his life’s dream and mission by giving trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences.  With his vibrant energy, he inspires everyone he meets to go beyond their own limitations and to believe that we all have an unlimited potential within ourselves that can be developed to open the gates to success.
