Global Operations Director
Tim has over 16 years experience in the Direct Selling industry.
He has managed a diverse number of corporate functions during that time - from Finance to IT to Operations. Having gained a good deal of knowledge of all these areas he eventually found his natural home as Group Commission Manager for a European Direct Selling company.
His main area of expertise is in compensation plans, ensuring their effectiveness in promoting sales, creating promotions and incentives, extracting and analysing data and facilitating that the necessary systems and processes are in place to pay commissions accurately and on time.
Tim has joined the LEO team as Operations Manager, with a Global focus to support all the markets. He is responsible for Customer Support processes and handling any escalated queries from LEO's members. He is your 'one stop shop' for any commission or marketing plan related issues.
